Shipping Policy

Scope and origin

This policy applies to physical standard kits purchased through KitSourcing checkout. Most orders are sourced, consolidated, and dispatched from Shenzhen, China. Product pages and checkout may identify items that require a manual quote or shipping confirmation instead of direct checkout.

Order processing and dispatch

We process an order only after payment is confirmed and the shipping address, inventory, and applicable shipping rule have been validated. For in-stock standard kits, handling is generally 3-7 business days. The dispatch estimate shown on a product page, quote, checkout, or order confirmation controls for that order when one is stated.

A dispatch estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. We will not make a shipping-time claim unless we have a reasonable basis for it. Custom sourcing, supplier shortages, product compatibility review, security review, carrier capacity, customs, weather, and public holidays can require additional time.

Transit, tracking, and delivery

International transit is commonly 7-20 business days after dispatch, but route, destination, customs inspection, and carrier conditions can change that estimate. When tracking is available, we will add the carrier, tracking number, and tracking link to the order record. Carrier scans may take time to appear after dispatch.

You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and a contact method for carrier questions. Contact us promptly if an address must change. Once procurement or carrier handoff has started, an address change may be unavailable or may change the shipping price and delivery time.

Import duties and local requirements

Unless checkout or a written quote expressly says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for destination-country customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage fees, clearance charges, permits, and local compliance obligations. Refusal to pay a lawful import charge can result in a carrier return, delay, or disposal; this does not remove any non-waivable consumer rights.

Shipping restrictions and manual confirmation

Some countries, remote areas, battery-related products, high-value shipments, and products with incomplete package data require manual confirmation. We may decline, cancel, or requote an order before dispatch when a route is unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or materially different from the original shipping calculation. Any cancellation before dispatch is refunded to the original payment method.

Delays, loss, and transit damage

If we cannot dispatch within the stated time, or within 30 days when no time was stated and applicable law requires it, we will notify you with a revised date and a meaningful choice to wait or cancel for a refund of unshipped items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery where practical for visible transit damage, shortages, or a suspected loss, and include the order number and photos. This reporting request helps us investigate with the carrier and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
