Agreement

These Terms govern use of the KitSourcing website, account features, RFQ forms, direct checkout, support channels, and eligible purchase resources. By creating an account, submitting an RFQ, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Shipping, Refund and Returns, DIY Safety, and Privacy policies.

Accounts and secure use

You must provide accurate account and delivery information, protect your password and verification codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not use the site to evade payment, abuse support, interfere with security controls, scrape restricted content, submit unlawful content, or access another person’s account, order, download, or data.

Products, compatibility, and availability

Product pages describe standard kits and compatible third-party parts. Brand and model references identify compatibility only and do not imply official authorization unless expressly stated. You must confirm the exact model, revision, and requirements before ordering when compatibility is uncertain. Product images, specifications, availability, and descriptions may be corrected when a clear error is discovered; we will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Pricing, taxes, and order acceptance

Prices and checkout totals are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, promotion, and applicable tax calculations are determined on the server from the cart, destination, and active rules at checkout. Import duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage charges, and destination compliance costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless a written quote says otherwise.

Adding an item to cart or submitting a PayPal approval is a request to purchase, not unconditional acceptance by us. An order is accepted only when payment is captured, the order record is confirmed, and no fraud, stock, route, legal, or pricing issue prevents fulfillment. We may cancel and promptly refund an unaccepted order, including for availability, pricing, security, or shipping-route reasons.

Shipping, cancellation, and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy are part of these Terms. They describe dispatch estimates, address responsibilities, delays, cancellations, return instructions, voluntary returns, statutory consumer rights, and refunds. Mandatory consumer protections always take priority over an inconsistent contractual term.

Digital resources and third-party licenses

Eligible buyers may receive access to installation materials, firmware links, source repositories, or 3D-model links associated with a purchased product. Access is personal to the purchasing account and may be revoked for fraud, refund, chargeback, or license breach. You must comply with any third-party open-source, firmware, model, or documentation license that applies; we do not grant rights beyond those licenses or the product listing.

Disclaimers and limits

DIY parts require competent installation and safe use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitSourcing is not responsible for incompatibility caused by an incorrect model selection, installation error, unauthorized modification, indirect or consequential loss, lost production time, customs action, or carrier delay outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, refund, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future use by posting a new effective date and version. The policy version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. For questions or legal notices, email support@kitsourcing.com.
